1. Introduction

These Context Service Terms apply to the Context website hosting service

provided through SY1235.com.

These Terms supplement the:

  • Platform Terms;
  • Privacy Policy;
  • Data Processing Consent.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Platform Terms regarding the

Context service, these Terms shall control for Context-specific matters.

2. Description of the Service

Context is a website hosting and publishing service that allows merchants to

publish static website content.

The service may include:

  • website hosting;
  • static content publishing;
  • Git repository integration;
  • file uploads;
  • form integrations;
  • future Context-related features.

Service capabilities may change over time.

3. Merchant Responsibility

The merchant is solely responsible for:

  • website content;
  • text, images, documents, and files;
  • legal notices published on the website;
  • compliance with applicable laws;
  • customer communications;
  • permissions and licenses for published content.

SY1235 does not review every website prior to publication.

4. Static Content Requirement

Context is designed for static website publishing.

Supported content may include:

  • HTML;
  • CSS;
  • JavaScript;
  • images;
  • fonts;
  • documents;
  • other approved static assets.

The service is not intended to execute arbitrary customer-provided server-side

code.

5. Git Repository Publishing

Merchants may provide Git repositories for content publication.

By connecting a repository, the merchant represents that they have authority to

access and publish the repository contents.

SY1235 may:

  • clone repositories;
  • download repository contents;
  • inspect repository files;
  • reject unsupported content;
  • quarantine suspicious content.

SY1235 may refuse publication of repositories that violate platform policies or

create security risks.

6. Build and Execution Restrictions

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Context does not execute customer-provided

build scripts, deployment scripts, shell commands, containers, binaries, or

other arbitrary executable code.

Repository content may be processed, validated, transformed, or packaged solely

for publication purposes.

7. Content Scanning and Safety Controls

For security and platform integrity, SY1235 may:

  • scan uploaded files;
  • scan repository contents;
  • inspect file metadata;
  • detect malware;
  • detect suspicious files;
  • quarantine content;
  • reject content;
  • remove content.

Content may be reviewed through automated systems and, when necessary, manual

review.

Publication is not guaranteed.

8. Prohibited Content

The Context service may not be used to host, publish, distribute, promote, or

facilitate:

  • illegal activities;
  • fraud;
  • phishing;
  • malware;
  • ransomware;
  • unauthorized access tools;
  • spam operations;
  • impersonation;
  • intellectual property infringement;
  • deceptive practices;
  • harmful or abusive content prohibited by law.

SY1235 may remove such content immediately.

9. Forms and Customer Data

The Context service may provide integrations such as:

  • contact forms;
  • feedback forms;
  • quotation request forms;
  • future customer interaction tools.

Merchants are responsible for:

  • determining what information is collected;
  • providing required privacy notices;
  • obtaining required permissions or consents;
  • complying with applicable privacy laws.

SY1235 may require a merchant privacy policy before activating customer data

collection features.

10. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain Context features may require an active subscription.

Subscription pricing, billing cycles, quotas, and available features may be

published separately by SY1235.

Failure to pay applicable fees may result in:

  • service suspension;
  • restricted functionality;
  • removal of published content;
  • account termination.

11. Service Limits

SY1235 may impose limits including:

  • storage limits;
  • bandwidth limits;
  • file count limits;
  • repository size limits;
  • publishing limits;
  • API usage limits;
  • other operational limits.

Limits may be modified as the service evolves.

12. Suspension and Removal

SY1235 may suspend, disable, or remove Context content when:

  • policies are violated;
  • security risks are identified;
  • abuse is detected;
  • legal complaints are received;
  • required payments are not made;
  • operational integrity is threatened.

SY1235 may act without prior notice when immediate action is reasonably

necessary.

13. Backups and Data Retention

SY1235 may create backups for operational and recovery purposes.

Backup availability is not guaranteed and should not be considered a substitute

for the merchant's own backup strategy.

Merchants are encouraged to maintain independent copies of their content and

repositories.

14. Cancellation and Deletion

A merchant may cancel a subscription at any time.

Following cancellation, SY1235 may:

  • disable publication;
  • archive content;
  • schedule content for deletion;
  • remove associated service data.

Retention periods may vary based on operational, legal, or security

requirements.

15. Availability and Warranty Disclaimer

Context is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.

SY1235 does not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted availability;
  • continuous uptime;
  • error-free operation;
  • permanent preservation of content.

Reasonable efforts may be made to maintain service reliability, but no service

guarantee is provided unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SY1235 shall not be liable for:

  • website downtime;
  • content loss;
  • publication delays;
  • repository issues;
  • business interruption;
  • indirect or consequential damages.

Merchants are responsible for maintaining their own backups and business

continuity plans.

17. Changes to the Service

SY1235 may modify, replace, discontinue, or enhance any aspect of the Context

service.

New functionality may require acceptance of updated terms or additional

service-specific agreements.
