1. Introduction

This Data Processing Consent describes the authorization granted by the user to

SY1235.com ("SY1235", "we", "our", or "us") to process information as necessary

to provide platform services.

This document should be read together with:

  • Platform Terms;
  • Privacy Policy;
  • applicable service-specific terms.

By accepting this Consent, you authorize SY1235 to process information as

described below.


2. Purpose of Processing

You authorize SY1235 to process information for purposes including:

  • account creation and management;
  • authentication and access control;
  • service delivery;
  • website and content hosting;
  • form processing;
  • customer inquiry handling;
  • notification delivery;
  • billing and subscription management;
  • customer support;
  • security monitoring;
  • fraud prevention;
  • abuse prevention;
  • backup and disaster recovery;
  • platform maintenance and improvement;
  • legal and regulatory compliance.

3. Information Covered by This Consent

This Consent may apply to information including:

Account Information

  • name;
  • business name;
  • email address;
  • phone number;
  • account settings;
  • authentication information.

Operational Information

  • login history;
  • IP addresses;
  • security logs;
  • usage records;
  • audit records.

Service Information

  • websites;
  • uploaded files;
  • static content;
  • feedback submissions;
  • quotation requests;
  • customer communications;
  • business records stored within platform services.

Support Information

  • emails;
  • support tickets;
  • troubleshooting information;
  • communications with SY1235 personnel.

4. Storage and Transmission

You authorize SY1235 to:

  • store information in databases and file systems;
  • transmit information between platform components;
  • replicate information between systems;
  • create backups;
  • restore information from backups;
  • transfer information through service providers reasonably required for

platform operation.

Such processing may occur using infrastructure operated directly by SY1235 or by

third-party providers acting on behalf of SY1235.


5. Security Processing

You authorize SY1235 to perform processing activities necessary to protect the

platform and its users, including:

  • security monitoring;
  • malware scanning;
  • abuse detection;
  • spam detection;
  • fraud detection;
  • automated risk analysis;
  • file inspection;
  • threat investigation;
  • incident response activities.

Files, submissions, and other content may be automatically or manually reviewed

when reasonably necessary for security purposes.


6. Backup and Recovery

You authorize SY1235 to:

  • create backups of information;
  • store backup copies;
  • replicate information for reliability purposes;
  • restore information when necessary for operational recovery.

Backup copies may remain available for a limited period after deletion from

active systems.


7. Merchant Customer Information

Certain services may allow merchants to collect information from their

customers, visitors, leads, or users.

Examples include:

  • feedback forms;
  • contact forms;
  • quotation requests;
  • customer portals;
  • CRM-related services;
  • future business services.

When processing such information:

  • the merchant generally determines the purpose of collection and use;
  • SY1235 generally processes information on behalf of the merchant to provide

requested services;

  • merchants remain responsible for ensuring they have any notices, permissions,

disclosures, or lawful basis required by applicable law.


8. Third-Party Service Providers

You authorize SY1235 to use third-party providers as reasonably necessary to

operate the platform.

Examples may include:

  • hosting providers;
  • infrastructure providers;
  • monitoring providers;
  • email providers;
  • backup providers;
  • payment processors;
  • security providers.

Such providers may receive information only to the extent necessary to perform

their services.


9. International Processing

You understand and agree that information may be stored, processed, backed up,

or transmitted in jurisdictions different from your own.

Such processing may occur where SY1235 or its service providers operate systems.


10. Withdrawal of Consent

You may stop using the platform and request account closure at any time.

However, withdrawal of this Consent may prevent SY1235 from continuing to

provide services that require processing of information.

Certain information may be retained where necessary to:

  • comply with legal obligations;
  • resolve disputes;
  • enforce agreements;
  • maintain security records;
  • preserve backup integrity.

11. No Transfer of Ownership

This Consent authorizes processing activities but does not transfer ownership of

your content or information to SY1235.

Except as described in applicable agreements, you retain ownership of

information that you submit or upload.


12. Changes to This Consent

SY1235 may update this Consent from time to time.

Material changes may be communicated through the platform, email, or other

reasonable means.

Continued use of the platform after an updated version becomes effective

constitutes acceptance of the revised Consent.
